Refund Policy
At Chloe & Grant Boutique, we want you to feel as good about your purchase as you do wearing it. If your order isn’t quite right—whether it’s the fit, feel, or style—we’re here to help. You can return any unused sleep masks and pillowcases within 100 days, and all other Chloe & Grant Boutique products within 30 days of receiving your order.
Your comfort is our priority, and we’ll do our best to make things right.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, products must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags and liners still attached. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage may be rejected.
How to Initiate a Return
Please email us at support@chloegrant-boutique.com with your order number and a short explanation of why you’d like to return the item.
Self-Service Return
Chloe & Grant Boutique offers a streamlined Self-Service Return system. Once your return request is confirmed, we’ll send you a link to register your return.
You must provide a valid reason and clear supporting evidence (e.g., photos if something is wrong). We reserve the right to deny any return that lacks sufficient explanation or documentation. After we receive your item, our Returns Team will inspect it and notify you via email of the result.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the return shipping cost for confirmation. After you approve it, we’ll send the return link. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that delays due to customs are beyond our control and are not considered valid grounds for a return. Bundled items must be returned together. Individual items from a bundle cannot be returned separately.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or in the wrong color or variant, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days, minus the return shipping cost. Depending on your bank, it may take extra time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, email us at support@chloegrant-boutique.com. Once approved, we’ll send you an invoice for the return shipping cost and any price difference if applicable. After payment, we’ll send you the link to register your return. Be sure to select “Exchange” during the process. After we receive and inspect your item, you’ll receive store credit via email so you can place your new order.
Return Denial
Chloe & Grant Boutique reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy guidelines. This includes products that have been used, opened, worn, or returned outside the eligible timeframe. Returns sent to any address other than the one provided through our returns portal will not be accepted.
