Shipping Methods

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery time and costs depend on the destination country and local customs regulations. Please note that customs clearance may cause delays, and additional customs fees may apply depending on the carrier operating in your country. Missing or Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include the following details:

Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible for compensation.
Packaging Damage
We carefully package each order to ensure your items arrive safely. If the packaging is damaged during transit but the item is undamaged and fully functional, the order will not be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement.
Delivered but Not Received
If the tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, you must file a claim directly with the carrier. We require proof of loss or formal confirmation of the claim from the carrier in order to proceed. Claims submitted more than 7 days after the delivery date may not be accepted.
Order Modification
Because of our automated processing system, it is not possible to modify orders once placed. Orders are automatically processed and sent to our fulfillment partner immediately after purchase, which means address changes, product adjustments, or quantity updates cannot be made.
Order Cancellation
For the same reason, order cancellations are not possible. Our system automatically begins processing your order as soon as it is confirmed. We recommend double-checking all information before completing your purchase.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
